How I amuse myself.

1. Today was stuck at a crossroads (literal, not allegorical) for 40+ minutes. When the train came, I felt the need to turn on Quad City DJ's "Come on Ride that Train" to celebrate. My heart pounded in anticipation as one finger on my ipod patiently waited for the train to pass. The best part? The "choo-choos" in the song was at one point in sync with the "choo-choos" of the real train!

I was the only person in my car.


2. Was listening to NPR in the car and some talk about a Cine-gog came up. I spelled it over and over in my head. Hm. That word sounds so familiar--must be a new bar downtown or something.


Oh. A synagogue.
